What status in old version? Try push on reset in registration dialog and install new version over.

Какие именно вещи исправлять? Если там пропуски трафика то их никак не исправишь. А может просто формат звука не верно определился...

What source of TV you use? Check "API" settings if you use m3u list.

Глюк провайдера. Аудио заявленно на 221 пиде, но там нет ничего. ProgDVB же в такой ситуации не открывает канал, ждёт каких то данных для определения типа.
