2секунды задержки это уже за гранью синхронизации. Не помню точных значений констант, но такие куски проще пробросить чем синхронизировать. Видимо этот тот самый случай из за которого приходится терпеть libvlc в инсталляторе.

Какие именно вещи исправлять? Если там пропуски трафика то их никак не исправишь. А может просто формат звука не верно определился...
