When the ProgDVB is closed abnormally,
on the next startup, it will display a dialog to let users select:
1. use last known good config
2. reset all settings.
3. normal start.
4. don't use restoration and don't display this dialog again.

After we choose "don't use restore and don't display this again", we can't turn restoration on again anymore.

Hope Prog can add an switch in "Options" to let users check to use auto restore and see this dialog again after crash.

Try 3.) instead.

Because after we disabled this in the pop-up window, you need to let users turn it on again.
