ProgDVB don't see CAM

Dear Sir, I like ProgDVB very much, but i've tried three times use it with CAM modul on different versions of program, but ProgDVB don't see CAM modul. My system Technotrend TT-3200CI, AMD 5000+, Vista 64, 4 Gb memory, chipset Nvidia Nforce 590. Driver from TT site for CAM Modul show the CAM modul, My Theatre work.

Yes, i know, i've chosen this option, but no changes. If i choose settings/CAM modul the programe show only wait for data... and all, what can i do?
