I am new on here so please be patient with me...

For years I have been using ProgDVB and all its freeware versions happily, but after updating to the current version, I have no more sound and no picture from my DVB-S card.

I have a Hauppauge Nexus in an AMD dual core PC running Vista Home Premium and except for sound and video, everything else in ProgDVB (signal strength, IP-TV -with sound and piocture!-, etc.) seems to work.

Since I am rather a "user" than a "tech guy" I refrain from any furter "self-diagnosing" and before digging into technical details I decided to ask you guys, where to start looking for the possible cause of the problem.

Yes, nexus card not work in 6.04.02. I fix that in next version.

Meanwhile I have tried going back to an older version but now even on older versions I am having no sound and no picture. (!?)
Well, time to start reading a good book... - until you release that next version. (Do you already know when this will be?)

Update:
No time to read a good book!

I was wrong, saying that older versions now also have no sound and picture.

After removing everything that looks like "Progdvb" from the registry, I was able to get v5.16.02 to work perfectly again.
