Technaxx DVB S3 Remote Control

In blazeDTV 2.5a my Remote control its a HuaShengChange_Rc18

I wold like to configure my remote control, my usb stick its a Technaxx DVB S3 i am using ProgDVB 6.05.02

I have CE9500B1 intel6230, and need 64bits BDA driver for this program
The manufacturer not supported Vista64 but this stick have some clones...
