Problem with activating account

have got problem with activating my account. I received email but when I click on the link it was not working, is this link is correct? ?ad71b7e097e8,

I mean in options I post my local guide.xml link. eg.D:\Guide\guide.xml Then in TV Sources I pick Xtream code which has
