To install codecv packs is never a good idea...with this you may destroy your DirectShow System ...only a new windows install can help then...k-lite 2.83 Full
besides try some other filtergraph/renderer combination....
btw. can not say more to this because i don´t have/run any progdvb elecard edition..

Same with me, no Elecard version at hand.
So I can't support directly.
However, as SiLencer told, you should try to (install and) test just one other codec, at least to get closer to the source of your problem.
AFAIK ffdshow is freeware, perhaps test with it.
Also some codecs from a DVD player soft may work.
You may have to build a graph then.
One more thing to try to compare, make a seperate installation of a freeware FullInstall version of ProgDVB. just avoid messing up with folders, and better don't register the demo version of elecard, that comes with it.

BTW, ever updated an Elecard version? If so, I would like to know, how it is done, compared with the standard versions (which might just be over-installed f.e.).
