What tuner, exactly?
You may want to read some threads and postings about kworld here, by use of the search function of this board.

Your receiver won't cooperate with ProgDVB in any way, as it's not a computer device.

AFAIK this is an analog tuner, so I'm in heavy doubt, it could be of any good for you.

Perhaps it might be able to use it as analog input for the analog module, as long as you have some analog signals available for it. But no more than this...
