Standard v Pro +codecs

Hello,

I have just purchased a dvb s2 receiver, I have downloaded the standard version of ProgDVB and was wondering the following. I have the HD codecs from a different application that I no longer use. If these work and provide me with HD what other things will I be missing if I don't purchase the pro version?

I have no problems buying the pro version but I would like to know what I am missing first if you know what I mean!!!
