TechniSat SkyStar 2 tv

I welcome I have a problem, that is I bought the TechniSat SkyStar card of 2 TV. I don't know why for me he doesn't want to act I have windows xp x 32. I have the aerial pinned up and on the decoder of cannon but on this card one can't see so that there is some signal. If somebody knows how to do it please for answering. He/she is thanking in advance and I am greeting

Did you ever align a satellite dish ever before?
So, do you really know, ehere it's pointing to?
For example. did you test it with a receiver?
