Hi,

The spec for the Skystar 1 CI says 'PCI 2.2 compliant'

Does this mean it needs a PCI 2.2 compliant motherboard to work correctly ?
Or will it work in a PCI 2.1 motherboard if the slot is keyed to allow it to insert ?

this means the pci slot version on the board... => 2.1

I have just tried the card in a PC with PCI 2.2 slots - same problem - never more than 1v coming out of the F-connector.
