Activation Key Not Working and NOBODY responding

I buyed an activation Key for my ProgDVB. I put in my hardware Id, and received the key, but this key is not working.

I Immediatly sent an email to prog@progdvb.com with detailed infos, but NOBODY is responding me even after ONE WEEK.

I contacted Share-It, and they say they don't have any fault, and that I should contact you.

I sent a second email to prog@progdvb.com, but still NO RESPONSE.

Please contactg me ASAP !!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for your response. I checked my SPAM folder and found a lot of useless products BUT not your email. Maybe you should check your email SPAM folder too.

My registration email I used for paying the product is the same email I used for registering into forum, could you kindly contact me so we can talk directly ???

I went to the page you wrote, resubmitted again the same info (I did not changed my Hardware Id), then immediatly I received the new code for registration, DIFFERENT from the previous one, but the result is STILL THE SAME: "The Name/Key you entered does not appear to be valid".

Please note I perfectly checked for spaces, wrong pasting common problems, CR ghost char, etc.... as I'm a developer and always handle lots of customers reporting wrong activation codes to me... !! !!!

All my email addresses are handled trough google apps (like gmail).
I sent you a forward again right now, always from the same email address.
Please check email now.

If you do not receive anything, I'll subscribe to a different mail system and will write you back, but I use my email for work and never had even one people not receiving them at all (when there were problems, they always found the email in spam folder). Anyway the email should bounce back to me in case of problems, so your mail server on hc.ru teorically accepted it and said "OK" to gmail smtp server...

Let me know, I'm desperate and wish to activate my product asap.
