Hi,
following situation: Pinnacle Quattro Stick (DVB-C/DVB-T/Analog/UKW)
For DVB-C, I declare in TV-Source-Settings as active:
{BDA} PCTV 510e/520e/802e BDA 2885 TVTuner C
ONLY this one - all others are declared as inactive!
On Cable (DVB-C) I have about 150 TV- and about 80 Radio-Channels
So far fine working.
Now I go outside for watching DVB-T:
first, I disable
{BDA} PCTV 510e/520e/802e BDA 2885 TVTuner C
in TV-Sources and enable
{BDA} PCTV 510e/520e/802e BDA 2885 TVTuner
have an eye on the "C" at the end!
OK, I go to the menu "Channel List" / "Channel Search" / "{BDA} PCTV 510e/520e/802e BDA 2885 TVTuner" and wait, until the transponders are found ...
1st problem: it took too long! On 2 Frequencies were found channels, I stopped - but I am NOT asked, if I want to keep these channels - they are gone and I have to manually scan them later again when I add more.
2nd problem: why are ALL the 150TV and 80Radio channels in the "{BDA} PCTV 510e/520e/802e BDA 2885 TVTuner"-list (caution: it is NOT the device with the "C" at the end!
As I have to chose my device (DVB-T, NOT DVB-C) I CANNOT WATCH ANY any of those 230 DVB-C channels!!! so why the hell do I have all these 230 DVB-C channels in my DVB-T list???
3rd problem: when scanning manually, channel at K33 (570MHz) was scanned wrong so that I only had some technical channel info. I deleted the whole "transponder frequency" and scanned again. Now all 4 channels are found. But when I click on OK, neither the transponder nor the channels are in the list! What do I have to do to get these channels in my list? They come with 100%/100% ...
Re: Strange behaviour when scanning for new channels
#21. You can check "use only one tuner" in BDA device settings.
2. What transponder table you use?
3. Please record me sample of 570MHz (3-5 minutes) but check signal level also.

Re: Strange behaviour when scanning for new channels
#3to 1: I have to check again
to 2: standard "all channels" table
to 3: I cannot capt anything. I can set K33 manually. Then I lock and get 100%/100% - then I scan - and 4 programs are found. As soon as I close the window, (I have set to "show by transponder/frequency") there is no transponder of 570MHz - it just does not exist and is not listed!

Re: Strange behaviour when scanning for new channels
#4scan one transponder is better?
"all" can not include your transponders.
"all" can not include your transponders.
Re: Strange behaviour when scanning for new channels
#5"all" took too much time ... I looked up frequencies and scanned manually all used frequencies
Re: Strange behaviour when scanning for new channels
#6Where is that option? In BDA-Options is "Not start more one device at one" that is selected; but again, all the DVB-C-channels are also in DVB-T list; so that does not seem to work ...Prog wrote:1. You can check "use only one tuner" in BDA device settings.
