Hey can anyone help me to uninstall progDVB? I've tried doing it through the control panel and there doesnt seem to be an option in the download driver. I installed this briefly and got a big blue error screen and then tried system restore and the program still seems to be there. I'd rather it wasnt if its going to cause me problems!

Just go in \progdvb\Filters and doubleclick the file ´unregister.bat´ to remove the installed codec and then remove the progdvb folder...thats it

During progdvb installation nothing will be saved into the registry ...,

I think your problems have nothing to do with progdvb......

Hi, that doesnt seem to have worked. I've noticed when I go into the program menu the pictures for the four options aren't recognised including "Uninstall". And also the short cut on the desktop doesnt look good. I've tried system restore but it wont let me.

Whats the Problem ??? Remove this by hand...and you finished ...

One thing to keep in mind:
Even if installed several times, possibly even to different places, ProgDVB will always provide just one entry in system control --> software, should be the latest one normally..
This means, if one got bad somehow, you could still make another installation, whereto you like, and uninstall that one. Then the Windows software entry should also go away.
Afterwards, clean up other installation folders manually, if necessary.
