Prog DVB 6.82 crashing

Hello bug report here: Latest version (6.82) crashes on start, alert appearing to try autorestart, after restart the crash again and again in cycle.

Strange but "C:\Program Files\ProgDVB\Logs" is emty at all. I am reverted back to 6.81 which works fine.

Please enable settings->Options->Debug->Logs and install 6.82 over. After that send me logs.
