problem with diseq 4*1 with progdvb pro 6.82.01
sat1=astra 19 e
sat2=nilesat 7w
sat3=eutelsat 7e
sat4=hotbird 13 e

dvbs card = tevii s464 dvbs-2 with final driver
o.s =win 7 x64 bit
processor intel core 2 duo e6600
ram 8 GB

the problem
when channel search used ( ALL )
the scan get channel from sat 1 in sat 2 and sat 3 etc
the diseq not work good ..
only work good when scan sat by sat .. manual

Try change settings in Settings->Device options. If switch is working time to time, then ProgDVB send correct commands but problem on analog level.

the problem again when remove channel from base
