Strange problem here: DVB-C with TechniSat CableStar HD2
After install with default settings, all HD channels did not have sound as there was no audio codec selected for AC3 and AAC: for MPEG default is set to "Elecard Audio Decoder".
Then sound for HD channels is there - but there is error message:
Error
Pin for connection not found
Stream type: AC3 - Audio
Please Check up Settings - Options - Video and Audio. Probably one of necessary codecs is not chosen or not installed on your computer.
same problem with AC3 audio codec set to: WMAudio Decoder DMO
when setting to Cyberlink codec there is no error message ...
Why error message when sound is audible???
Re: HD channels reporting audio-error - but sound is there
#2Please install and select ac3filter codec for ac3 sound in ProgDVB.
