Suddenly, several programs are dark ...

#1
Have here a strange problem that I don't know whether the problem is in the domain of the software or of the cable provider. Situation: DVB-C adaptor for PC (does not matter which adaptor, happened so far with several: TechniSat CableStar HD2, Hauppauge 930C, Pinnacle 510c, ...), latest ProgDVB (it does not seem to be an ProgDVB-Updating-flaw).

Problem: suddenly a buch of programs are dark, info in the on-screen-table is there, sound too, but no pic. Making a manual channel search finds a bunch of "new programs" - replacing the dark ones; and then they are clear again.

Here some examples:

Name - Freq. - SID - TID - NID - Channel - PMT - PCR - Video - Teletext - ECM - a/p
3sat - 522000 - 112 - 211 - 2 - 0 - 2707 - 39 - 39 - 41 - 0 - ante
3sat - 522000 - 112 - 211 - 2 - 11 - 2707 - 54 - 54 - 56 - 0 - post
arte FR - 650000 - 187 - 216 - 2 - 0 - 2706 - 51 - 51 - 0 - 0 - ante
arte FR - 650000 - 187 - 216 - 2 - 80 - 2706 - 49 - 49 - 0 - 0 - post
Kabel1 - 634000 - 120 - 214 - 2 - 0 - 6784 - 39 - 39 - 37 - 0 - ante
Kabel1 - 634000 - 120 - 214 - 2 - 19 - 6784 - 47 - 47 - 45 - 0 - post

btw: how to format a table here? [table][tr][td] etc. does not work ... :(

I did not find ProgDVBEngine.log anywhere - neither in ProgDVB-Program-Directory, nor under Documents & Settings or elsewhere on that Disk; where should I look for it?

Btw: I posted the same question also in the forum of our cable-network - and another user there reports the same problem - but he does not use ProgDVB. My biggest suspicion is that it seems to be a channel-package-settings-problem from the side of the cable-network-provider; I am not sure whether ProgDVB is involved or not - but on a SetTopBox on the TV it does not happen ...
