Device not started

#1
I'm trying to use ProgDVB x86 6.87.1 (free) with Terratec Cinergy T PCIe Dual, under Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit SP1. I'm only interested in the DVB-C tuner (3rd tuner) and I get this error "Device not started". ProgDVB logs "Cinergy T PCIe Dual Digital Tuner 3 (DVB-C) ex:-355221166 type:DVB-T".

Can someone please give me some advice.

If you look at the logs, you'll see that it's installed in C:\ProgDVB
I've also tried to run it as administrator. I don't get this error when selecting the first two tuners (both are DVB-T only)
The DVB-C tuner works with DVBViewer and Terratec Home Cinema.

There are 3 tuners. The first two are DVB-T, the 3rd is DVB-C. I can select all of them in DVBViewer/Terratec Home Cinema, although I don't think it is the same thing as selecting in ProgDVB. I can't really use the DVB-T tuners because I don't have access to DVB-T signal. But I have successfully issued scan commands on both DVB-T tuners and I can use/view programs with the DVB-C tuner, with both DVBViewer and Terratec Home Cinema.

Is it expected for ProgDVB to report "type:DVB-T" for the DVB-C tuner? Maybe it's not opening the device in the correct manner.

If it wasn't clear, I receive the error only when selecting the DVB-C tuner, regardless if the DVB-T tuners are selected or not. The DVB-T tuners are not an issue, I can select them and ProgDVB doesn't not report any error.
I have already attached some logs with the error, when selecting the DVB-C, in the first post, but here's another set of logs:
