Try to disable subs, if no change, set to a non existing TXT page.

Find out, if it's a Windows internal audio signal, and which one. Change that sound from system control, to make sure.

You might want to disable exactly that one.

Let us know the results in detail, please.

Make sure to not use any plugin, some of those might also cause audio signals.

By this, we might get an idea, what causes that noise.
