I was using progdvb with my nexus-s card from hauppague before N3 (4-5 years ago).
Progdvb worked great but I moved to FTA 2 years after N3. I have sv8000 with P$ running with Dishnetwork.
can I still use my nexsus-s card and progdvb? if so, what version of progdvb do I need?. I understand not all versions support skystar-1 in hard or soft mode.
I read somewhere that acamd or n3xt can now be used as a plugin as vplug used to be.
what other files or apps do I need?
if there is a step by step guide that would be great.

forgot to mention, I am using windows XP professional version 5

Try ProgDVB 6.6x. Moden version of ProgDVB not support Nexus (I am not have driver for modern OS and not can debug)

what version is 6.6x?
all new ones don't even support skystar-1 hard mode.
I am using TT 2.19h driver with xp..
I am having problems with progdvb finding my card

I got picture and sound on free channel.
Do I need anything else other that acamd to get scrambled channels?
do I have to do anything to prog to use my router etc.?
or just configure acamd with private server settings?
