Would Prog DVB server (home) work with VLC?

I can easily play this kind of URL in Winamp or whatever player:

http://127.0.0.1:10999/France 24 (in English)

However, VLC cannot play this kind of Url

Is there something I am missing here? Is there something to tweak in the server module?

Try open m3u list at first for correct links.

I actually did.

I can see the whole m3u list with relevant links.
Every URL would play on winamp, but not on VLC.

What's the trick to send the traffic from the Home Edition server to one or several VLC instance?

Try save m3u list in file (in utf8 codepage) and open in vlc.

I don't think saving m3u list file in utf8 makes any difference. The URL format from m3u not being the issue.

Can you please be more specific as to how sending traffic from the Home Edition Prog DVB server to one or several VLC instances or could anyone possibly share experience regarding the best way to have ProgDVB played out to a VAC or some other I/O routing so that VLC player can pick them up.
