I have sky star dvb card and I have use progdvb for a long time.but suddenly I lost video and when I search no channel found but quality is relatively good.my lnb have two output.one is going to tv and tv have no problem.I use windows 7 OS.

TV have other tuner/hardware and this is not reason.
