You might want to save us some searching time, by placing links to the manufacturer's product description and driver download pages.

If this device uses BDA drivers, it may be accessable as some BDA device from ProgDVB, after the original application was installed and set up completely.

Another chance would be, to find out, if it's compatible or even identical with another well known hardware.
Many hardware products are sold under a variety of brands and names these days.
It's merely impossible to know all of those, but the number of really different hardware concepts is far smaller.

In many cases, a driver's .inf file may give some hints, if looked into with the editor.
