Progv4.88.1 Stop Working At Transponder Scan

I've got a sirrius problem with progv4 (i haven't test v5 yet) but when i try to Scan for new Channel ProgDVB just stop Working (this hapent at my Fist Computer, i hevent time fot test to the others). But the tansponder scan it works with satellites with not lot of Frecounses like Hispasat and HellaSat, but it doesn't work with Astra and Hotbird.
my stuff:

1st PC: Core2Quad (2.5Ghz), ASUS Proximus Extreme (1007), 2GB ram, nvidia 9600GT*2 (PCIe) + 7950GX2,

and < 2ndDVB - TechnoTrend S2300 /Driver Technotrend 219h>.
WinVista32 Ultimate. ProgDVB 5.x


2nd PC: AMD 4600+ X2 (2.51Ghz), GIGABYTE GA-K8NSC-939 ( F8 ), 3GB ram, nvidia FX5950ultra (AGP).
