Error on registering after the update to versio 4.88.4

After the update to version 4.88.4 from 4.88.2 (that i disinstalled) I went to the registering field, but i didn't succed this operation because Progdvb say I have changed my hardware, but I didn't :S
May you explain me the conditionds under Progdvb give this message and please tell prog to send me another registration code :(
