Hi i'm very glad to use ProgDVB, but i'm experiencing an issue: when i try to assign specific keyboard key to any function, i press apply, and it works fine. But as i close and reopen ProgDVB, key assignment roll back to default key association. That mean i'm not able to use custom keyboard shortcuts, and this is very annoying.
Where am i wrong?

The path for data folder is "C:\Users\All Users\ProgDVB" (sholud be default path). If the file "Controls.ini" should stay in this path, i can't find.
Anyway, when i will find this file, what should i check?

I use ProgDVB 7.07.09, but i experienced the problem of shortcut assignment not saved after restart of ProgDVB since previous version (still speaking about 7.xx versions).

Last version is 7.11.5

What about "controls.ini"? What should i check? In the meanwhile I tried to create this file in the path i reported in the former post (the "root" of data folder: no subfolder), to see if changing key assignement after the creation of this file didn't reset after every restart of ProgDVB. But i wasn't succesful: after restart the key assignement was reset to default value.

Should i unistall first before the update? I would like to hold all settings and configurations. In this months i made many settings to fix issue. That's why i didn't update in the last months

No. You can install over. Or you can install to new directory in portable mode for using both version in same time.
