iam using progdvb with diseqs 2.0 but every time he said card not conected but its connected i refresh the card or device and it wsork at 2 seconds after it again device not connected it was working ok without diseqs 2.0
i want to know if progdvb work with diseqs 2.0 and how to fix the problem

That issue is not related to DiSEqC (2.0 or any other).
The device connection does not depend on DiSEqC, only the switching betweeen LNBs would.

BTW, DiSEqC 2.* is an extension of 1.*, fully backwards compatible, but allowing slave devices like special LNBs to send back DiSEqC answers on request of the master (the tuner), like for DiSEqC Plug & Play.
This requires an extra hardware stage for reading DiSEqC answers on the master.
Such hardware is not available on DVB tuners these days.
DiSEqC 2.0 compatible switches, inline amps and alike only have to allow that answers to pass backwards to the master by concept, normally no extra electronics required there.
This is why most of those in fact are DiSEqC 2.0 compatible, even if not declared as such.
Only matters for slaves that interrupt the active signal path to following slaves (partly), like many multiswitches would do.
