You are talking to Europeans.
We cannot get your birds here, due to a stupid planet in between.
Plus, we don't use DishNetwork proprietary hardware over here.
This for, you should go to a place with a nice NA related section, like dvbn.happysat.org (register to read).
For people there, your issue should be quite common.
This is related with your LNB, means special hardware, not with ProgDVB, at all.
