Try again from the beginning, including the ProgDVB version that worked for you.
BTW, which one was it?
You don't have to uninstall ProgDVB, to install another one. Either install into a different folder, or in case of an update, into the same one (after having made a backup copy).
Just don't install codecs each time, reuse if possible..
This way, you don't have to redo scans and fav list(s) each time.
Though, channel lists aren't always compatible, specially on downgrading.
In such cases, the channel list editor may help saving lots of work.
