I am new to this. I am wondering what type of Card i need. i have a hauppage winTV pvr 150 installed will this card work. Also is there a document on what type of satellite i will need. Direct TV or Disk Network, and which way to point it. And how to start watching TV?

Obviously you are an American.
The providers you are talking about are scrambled 99+%.
NASA channel alone surely won't satisfy you...

They have a huge NA related section.

AFAIK the PVR150 is not made for satellite.
You would need a DVB-S (resp.DVB-S2) tuner for this.
