i have Progdvb 4.80.5 Freeware Version

when i try to shutdown with remote it shutdown only card not my computer
it was working fine in older version

Check "Settings" --> "Controls".
You may test any command from command line interface / DOS window, like
<your path>\ProgDVB.exe /PowerOff
for example.
