I initially installed the 32 bit version and got it to open and recognize a DVB-T USB stick. It ran a scan ok although mysteriously didn't find any channels. I closed the app and restarted it but it wouldn't open. I tried in admin mode but no difference. I uninstalled the 32 bit version and installed the 64 bit version but still the same issue. The banner appears and the progress bar gets about half way but then the banner disappears. Same thing happens with "ProgDVB x64 7" and ProgTV.
I'm wondering if the '7' in the app name means this is a windows 7 version only but I couldn't find a windows 10 version. Anyone know if this is supposed to work on windows 10 and if so how to get it working?
Thanks,
Rob.
Re: ProgDVB won't start in windows 10
#2All versions good for windows 10. It is main/basic OS for me.
But x64 version of application (any app) use x64 version of drivers, codecs,... Looks like some x64 driver in your system not stable. For example BDA
