If you want to sort channels manually, you have to create a favourites list and copy channels there to.

Dynamic channel lists are sorted and grouped according to the channel list properties settings, not manually. You can only edit channels from there or delete them, which will then effect the channel database directly.

Favourite lists are meant for fully customized sorting, grouping and numbering.
You can even copy and paste more than one station at a time, you can have more than one copy of a station in there.

If you edit the properties of a station manually, you will have to set that station to not update, or it will go back to the original parameters after each scan.
