how can i programm my "terratec cinergy C PCI"- remote control for ProgDVB? Is there a plugin or somethin avilable?

Is the IR receiver to be3 found as HID in Windows system control / device manager?
If so, it should work as a keyboard emulation, using ProgDVB's keyboard controls.
Else, you may be out of luck. IR controls aren't part of the BDA driver model, often they are proprietary solutions. And as long as a manufacturer does not give away an SDK resp. sources...
