I have some problems to change into german language in version 5.14.8 from author "bullet"
The downloadfile contents only the following files without any lang file.
ProgDVBNet.diseq.resources.dll
ProgDVBNet.depg.resources.dll
ProgDVBNet.resources.dll
During working with version 4.x from "loro" there is the file Deutch.lang with some informations in the liesmich.txt how to use it.

Did not try here recently, as I prefer the original English interface.
But as I am curious and know to use Windows Explorer, I've found a subfolder named "ru-RU" inside of ProgDVB and another one in the language zip, named "de-DE".
And I bet, Russian already is available for you.
You may now guess, where I would try to place the complete "de-DE" folder, if I were you...
I will NOT try the same soon, as I'd have to reboot into another Windows, but I need the machine to keep running on W98SE. Pretty busy for some time.
