What files are required for the ProgDVB cam to work?
Can these files be provided and an explanation of how to activate them?

Try x32 version of ProgDVB. Check Settings->CI

Do you mean this version?

ProgDVB + ProgTV x32 for x32 or x64 Windows*

I don't think you just download the version; there are only files there.
