So far I managed to solve every problem that plagued me since I began using ProgDVB some 16 months ago. (Mostly by simply using the search function...)
But now I need help.
Registered the Elecard MPEG-2 codec yesterday. As the registrator didn't allow me to (talking about missing parts or something) I reinstalled the codec.
Since then ProgDVB shows some weird behavior:
1. It is unable to find the Elecard audio codec (Filter not found!) - I'll ignore it for now and solve it later.
2. ProgDVB seems to ignore any changes of the Video Renderer setting - it resets to plain "Video Renderer" at startup. Strangely enough, ProgDVB.ini still shows the correct setting!
3. The major problem: Every time I minimize the window while watching TV (or fully cover the "viewer" part of it with another window) ProgDVB enters some sort of low-res mode - kinda if some sort of anti-aliasing has been deactivated or something. I made a screenshot of it (hey, Photobucket kicked me out... okay, maybe later). This is really a PITA.
Oh, yeah... Windows XP, ProgDVB 4.85.1, vPlug 2.1.0, Elecard 3.6 installed (was 3.3 with the ProgDVB installation). I had at one time ProgDVB 5 installed too, and recently ProgDVB Pro, but both are deinstalled now.
Advice would be appreciated.

3. It is look like video driver problem. Try use other video render.
This was my first guess too. But I can't change the renderer. I change it to whatever, reopen the options window and it still reads "Video Renderer".Me wrote:2. I have the 4.90 still downloaded but unused on my disk - experience taught me that new versions often create - lets call them problems. But I got your point.PS: Why you use very old ProgDVB?
