Progdvb hangup

Hello everyone ...Thirst of all abig thanks for the forum is a big help.
ok so my problem.:
i'm using P4 2.8 1024RAm Windows XP SP2 Skystar 2
After i'm installing Progdvb (i've tried all versions )
it starts normal but after a while it hangs... i've tried everything i can think of ...all the time the same. same problem when i try to scan transponders etc.
Please help me out...

try with driver 4.40 ....works fine here using skystar 2 and all progdvb versions...
p.s. and install this microsoft patch : KB896626

4.4.1 is not good (bda driver) 4.4.0 (WDM)ist better

so i installed ss2 drivers 4.4.0 ..but still the same ..
any other help???

should work like a charm ...(here it does)...
try using other Video/Audio codec ->
viewtopic.php?t=604
remove
all plugins...
in progdvb\modules remove all not used device files for other cards
without more details i can not help you further...i can´t reproduce your problems here ...

ok once more from the start..
i install progdvb 4.85
i don't have any plugins installed..when i start using progdvb it works normal ...when i change to another tv station it hangsup/freezes and i have to close it with Ctrl+Alt+Delete. Same happens when i want to scan transponders
ss2 drivers v.4.40+microsoft patch installed

szModVer : 0.0.0.0 offset : 00000000
thats what comes out after it hangs and i have to close ....

1. Try change video render.
2. Try start ProgDVB with /debug key and look pocket lost.

hello back..
so i made a format on my whole computer instaled progdvb again..and the same again .i.m using mainconcept ....
i've installed the microsoft patch deleted all modules i'm not using....
it just freezes when i'm changing channel or trying to change any configuration..... any help please

i changed back to v. 4.62.6
here everything is ok .. why doesnt work any of the new v.?

Very strange...i don´t know whats wrong on your pc...i never had any problems to get progdvb working with my skystar 2 ....since years ...

anyway i solved the problem somehow....i've got latest progdvb back...and working
Actually i don't know what was wrong.
but it works fine.
really a big thanks for all your time you took.....
hope i don't have to bother you all anymore .
