Can we use stalker_portals with ProgTV BETA? If yes what is the procedure to install?

You must select it in TV Sources. And report about result/problems in this thread

I am on version 2.84.8 in TV Sources I don't see anything for stalker portals that use Mac address with stalker link no user/pass.

You must enable "Ministra(Stalker)" source. btw, what best name for you?
