I have encountered a problem where all channels are flickering (not a tuning issue)
So I removed and reinstalled the next progdvb version ProgDVB7.32.7Std.exe, but it's still the same.
latest windows 10 patches installed
latest amd rx480 drivers installed.

What video codec?
You can try change video renderers

A bit more info, if I go full screen then I get a flicking box top left but the rest of the screen is ok.

Err not sure, under video codecs, the top 2 (mpeg-2 and H264 AVC) say Microsoft DVT - DVD Video decoder.
The others are DMO decoders..

I don't know how I change renderers, I'll have a look at that link

My video renderer is EVD.

and now it works ok.
It's almost like looking at the codecs info fixed it - I know how that sounds but I didn't change anything.

Actually not quite true.

My renderer was EVD, I changed to EVD custom (why not,..) and it crashed.
I loaded last known good configuration, set to EVD and hit apply.

So I changed it from EVD and back again.
All good now.
