Hello zoroo
First Of All We Don't Say Anything Here About Plugins and ke ys
The Problem maybe is codecs / filters trie some other like DX9, Make Sure Direct Draw is available.
Trie Overlay at divice properties or check Bob or Software Scall. Sometimes when Min or Max Overlay Get Some Problem...
or trie to uninstall any codec like k-lite and then reinstall.
If you got SS1 check if you got Picture from Composite cable.

It's hard to help on technical issues, when no technical details are given, on DVB hardware, driver, versions, whatever else.

BTW, do you find stations at scanning?
Do you get EPG or TXT on some?
Do you have good level / quality readings?

If not using a hardware decoder equipped premium card in heardware mode, you MUST have an MPEG2 codec installed to get sound and vision.
ProgDVB comes with a time limited demo version of elecard, which can be installed by use of the file 'register.bat', that's located in the 'Filters' subfolder.
You were asked to do so in ProgDVB install routine...

You may as well use other codecs that are available system wide on your computer, by selecting from the audio / video settings.

There's quite a lot to read here on codec issues.
Also read at the old forums at
http://forum.progdvb.com/old/ubbthreads.php

And YES, we are only talking legal use here, either FTA or CI / CAM / subsdriber card based.

Definitely no software decryption disussion here.
