the same problem with lifeview (flydvb)
the problem from
1-when install the driver of card lifeview in new windows vista or xp (new windows after format the computer) and not install the application player to show the TV orginal application player to show the TV
the error is display
* connect TIF error !
*and the device not started
2-when install application player and run only one the problem is solved
the error from registery of windows and Modules file in progdvb
