KNC One DVB-C problems

Hi all,
I have several issues with my new KNC One DVB-C card and ProgDVB.
When I start channel search, it doesn't find any channels. However I can do a transponder search and then find the channels. But this is annoying because i have to enter each frequency manually.
The other issue is that the quality is always at 100% and level is always 0% - no matter if the channel found via transponder search is working fine. 4.x and 5.x have both the same issue.
With my old technotrend card I was able to find channels and show the correct quality/level values.
It also doesn't seem to be a software issue - my xp is a clean & fresh install and I still have the same problems like before. DVBViewer also works with this card (able to find channels, show level etc. - but other issues like regular crashes or hangs in fullscreen mode etc. - so this ain't an alternative
).
It also seems that I am not the only one with a KNC One card having Problems with ProgDVB and channel search/level display - at least google says that
I hope there is a solution cause I really like ProgDVB, esp. as free software. I prefer donation instead of paying for software that you can't test before you have to pay (like DVBViewer).
