I know this is a codec problem because i have had this problem before. I fixed this by uninstalling the installed codec pack and progDVB after thati restarted my computer then i installed them again and it worked. But now it's not working. I suggest the mpeg2 decoders are not uninstalled completely. Do you have any idea how to check this out?

I've downloaded radlight filtermanager. But this program is new for me. What codecs/filters must be installed in order to watch sattelite tv?
And what can i do with this program is this only to view the installed codecs/filters or can i modify settings?

Mpeg-2 codecs (e.g. Powerdvd,Windvd,DScaler5 etc...)

you can change the priority of the codecs (merrit value) in your system ...but be carefull...you can damage the windows directshow system with this (as when you install codecpacks)...backup rulez
for further informations about codecs etc ...visit other places like ´dvbn.happysat.org´ or ´doom9.net´ etc...

OK.
I've the following MPEG-2 codecs installed Pinnacle, Cyberlink and Elecard.
So what do you suggest what must i do to fix this problem?
I've not modified any of this settings before. Can you tell me what to modify?
P.S. To test my card I'hve installed ProgDVB on another machine and it works fine.

I followed the instructions but no result.
P.S. I got only on three channels video/audio. The other channels have 100% signal quality but no video/audio. And there is 1 channel which has video/audio but it freezes.
I tried different versions of ProgDVB, another application and also the original application. no result

And the installed codecs on my machine are available on progDVB they should work but when i choose one of these codecs i only see a blackscreen.

As i said before i suggest this is a codec problem. But why are some channels working? I think if there is a codec problem no channels should work? Does anyone have any idea?
what must i do?

i think you have a direktshow problem (because of using codec packs or too many codecs)...ans not only a codec problem ...
There is only one thing you can do ...reinstall windows...
thats all what i can say ...

Ok.
I'm now re-installing windows...
What do you advice to prevent windows directshow crashes in the future?
re-installing windows and back-uping files takes so much time
