Please wait for Prog to respond here on the driver / manual issue, or contact him by mail. Find his e-mail address at the bottom of each page here.

So, first of all, please let us know if it's using a BDA driver or standard WDM one.
If in doubt, check your device manager or look into the driver's .inf file.

BDA devices normally require the original software package to be installed and set up completely, to be accessible from ProgDVB, possibly with some limitations.

WDM driven devices need a suitable respectively fully compatible dedicated device file in the modules folder.

Once again, if you are using a WDM driver for your device, a suitable device file must be available in the modules subfolder.
No idea, of any of the existing ones is compatible with your hardware.

Else you are out of luck, sorry.
