I have a card (Hauppauge WinTV HVR 4000) and it works very well

We don't support watching PayTV without a valid subscriptions.
Reread board rules, please...
Plus, ProgDVB does NOT decrypt anything. That's card / CAM or plugin stuff.

And the only official download location for ProgDVB is RIGHT HERE!
