Users complaints there is no Simplified Chinese and Tranditi

Users complaints there is no Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese EPG support in lastest v5 version of ProgDVB, even they use the Chinese translated version.

Other DVB software has these support. You know the ProgDVB is gaining more Chinese popularity, so please plan to add these support.

Latest ver.6 of ProgDVB Pro.
