Faced two problems:

1- Could not activate english audio stream out of two available streams. Default being Polish (12265 on Hotbird, HBO-HD TEST)

2- In satellite scan (Hotbird @13E), 12130H was missed. After repeated efforts through transponder scan, finall got it (why so much effort for this transponder ?)

Perhaps your LNB's LOF in use deviates a bit, or the transponder list used is not precise. Try to scan one - two - three MHz up and down, on more than one transponder, try to find an individual or systematic deviation for the hold range centre, versus the nominal value from Eutelsat or satcodx.com
Individual -->correct transponder list entry
Systematic --> correct LOF in use, for that amount into the opposite direction
